Carrie Mae Francois Otis, 75, a resident and native of Morgan City, LA, passed away peacefully on Monday June 13, 2022 at Legacy of Morgan City, LA.
Visitation will be observed on Thursday June 23, 2022 from at 11:00 AM until funeral services at 1:00 PM at Jones Funeral Home 715 Sixth Street Morgan City, LA. Burial will follow funeral services in the Morgan City Cemetery.
Memories of “Aunt Carrie Mae,” as she was known to many, will forever remain in the hearts of her siblings, James Francois of Morgan City, LA and Verna Mae Francois of Houston, TX; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Carrie Mae was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Otis; parents, Sidney Francois and Henrietta Beaman Francois and her siblings, Idell Francois, Sidney Francois, Jr., Alfred Francois, Clarence Francois, Willie Francois, Mary Louise Francois, Sandra Ann Francois, June Francois Ray, and Era Mae McClue.
