Lysander Williams, 53, of Cedar St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 21, 2022, at 12:28 PM, on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charge of driving under suspension. Williams was booked, processed, and released on a $350.00 bond.
