The Franklin Police Department responded to 30 complaints over the past holiday weekend and made the following arrests:
Keenze Howard, 56, of Ninth St., Franklin, LA, while incarcerated at the Franklin Police Department, was arrested on February 18, 2022, at 4:07 PM, on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle while license is suspended, operating a vehicle without proof of insurance, and careless operation. Howard was booked, processed, and held on a $500.00 bond.
