Funeral services for Frankie David Mach Sr. will be held Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at Ibert’s Mortuary in Franklin, followed by burial in Perpetual Park Cemetery. Rev. Dr. Chris Holloway will officiate the services. The family asks that visiting hours be observed Tuesday at Ibert’s from 10:00 a.m. until service time.Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Mike Hodge, Justin Hodge, Francis Gonsoulin, Thomas Cocke,Christopher Cocke, and Joshua Cocke.

Frankie was a native of Alice, Texas, born on August 15, 1941, he was the second of five siblings. He passed away at the age of 80 on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at his home in Franklin, where he has been a longtime resident. Frankie worked for Exxon as an electrician for over 25 years. Some of his favorite pastimes included fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family. He will be deeply missed by all.

Survivors include four children, Marie Trahan and her husband Carroll, Teresa Mach and her companion Mickey, Tina Mach Latham, and Frankie David Mach Jr. and his wife Kristy; four step-children, Thomas Cocke and his wife Sharon, Wendy Hodge and her husband Mike, Brenda Dantin and her husband Gary, and Francis Gonsoulin; his sister, Rose Lee Duhon and her husband Joe; his brother, Richard Mach and his wife Sandy; as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Jane St. Germain Mach; his parents, Frank Mach and Rose Bubenik Mach; his step-mother, Imogene Mach; his brother, Donald Mach; his sister, Patsy Jean Alman; his nephew, Jeremy Mach; and his former wife, Delores Pontiff Martin.

The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the staff of Traditions Hospice, as well as to his caregivers, Charlene Joseph, Debra Dewey, Wanda Carrillo, and especially to Nicole Butler who has cared forhim for the past four years.
