St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 35 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Jada Lei Williams, 21, Berwick, LA, was arrested on May 18, 2022, at 12:12 pm on three warrants for failure to appear on the following charges:
- Possession of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoids
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Speeding
- Operating a vehicle without a driver’s license
Bail has not been set.
George Davison Harvey III, 40, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on May 18, 2022, at 12:12 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of schedule II CDS (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail has not been set.

Keon Carbin, 18, Patterson, LA, was arrested on May 18, 2022, at 6:44 pm for possession of a stolen firearm. Bail has not been set.
Keith Garner Jr., 19, Patterson, LA, was arrested on May 18, 2022, at 6:44 pm for resisting an officer by giving false information and possession of firearm by a person convicted of certain felonies. Bail was set at $75,000.
Quinton Douglas, 31, Patterson, LA, was arrested on May 18, 2022, at 8:51 pm on the following charges:
- Possession of schedule I (marijuana)
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Possession of schedule I (MDMA)
- Possession of firearm in the presence of a CDS
- Illegal possession of stolen firearms

Christopher Snowden Jr., 22, Ruston, LA, was arrested on May 18, 2022, at 7:38 pm for resisting an officer and possession of schedule I (marijuana). Snowden was released on a $2,000 bond.
Joseph Wayne Dorsey, 23, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on May 18, 2022, at 5:58 pm for possession of schedule I (MDMA), possession of a CDS in the presence of a juvenile, and possession of a firearm in the presence of a CDS. Dorsey was released on a $7500 bond.
Myles Roberson, 23, Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 18, 2022, at 5:40 pm for window tint violation and flight from an officer. Roberson was released on a $1,750 bond.
