St. Mary Arrest Report 4-23-2024

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 96-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 204 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

David Wade Woods Jr., 38, Patterson, LA, was arrested on April 22, 2024, at 10:20 pm for violation of protective orders and assault-simple. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Steve Michael Scully Jr., 38, Patterson, LA, was arrested on April 18, 2024, at 3:24 pm on an Escambia County Sheriff’s Office warrant on the following charges:

  • Battery-simple
  • Domestic abuse battery
  • Battery of a dating partner
  • Burglary-aggravated

Scully is being held for another agency.

 

Britney Jocelyn Loera, 23, Houston, TX, was arrested on April 19, 2024, at 2:31 pm for reckless operation-no accident, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Loera was released on a $4,000 bond.

 

Robert Nolan Lancelin Jr., 60, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on April 19, 2024, at 5:02 pm for obstruction of justice-simple assault. Bail was set at $3,000.

 

Mark Anthony Conley Jr., 23, New Orleans, LA, was arrested on April 19, 2024, at 9:12 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the following charges:

  • Possession of schedule I CDS (MDMA)
  • Illegal use/poss/con of weapons-crime of violence
  • Possession of marijuana
  • Speeding

Conley was released on a $10,000 bond.

 

Jason Paul Daigle, 43, Berwick, LA, was arrested on April 21, 2024, at 9:37 pm on an Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office warrant. Daigle is being held for another agency.

 

Michael Lewis, 61, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on April 22, 2024, at 10:13 pm for domestic violence and interfering with emergency communication-simple. Bail was set at $5,000.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Kim Connor, 47, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on April 19, 2024, at 5:04 pm on the following charges:

  • Window tint
  • Driving under suspension
  • Resisting an officer
  • Resisting an officer by providing false information
  • Warrant: criminal neglect of family
  • Warrant: criminal neglect of family

Bail was set at $50,157.17.

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
