St. Mary Arrest Report 4-1-2021

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 37 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Alonzo Jacquiese Henry, 26, Patterson, LA, was arrested on March 31, 2021, at 8:11 am on three warrants for failure to appear on the following charges:

  • Theft of less than $1,000
  • Aggravated flight from an officer where human life is endangered
  • Resisting an officer
  • No child restraint
  • Vehicle license required
  • Failure to carry vehicle registration certificate
  • Operating a vehicle without properly lit lamps for conditions
  • Improper child restraint
  • Operating a vehicle without proof of insurance

No bail has been set.

Curtis Paul Gaudet Jr., 27, Amelia, LA, was arrested on March 31, 2021, at 8:24 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of domestic abuse battery by strangulation. No bail has been set.

Travis Joseph Skeen, 32, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on March 31, 2021, at 8:48 am on two warrants for failure to appear on the following charges:

  • Possession of methamphetamine
  • Improper turn and/or failure to give required signal
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Possession of hydrocodone

No bail has been set.

Wybra Shane Jones, 40, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on March 31, 2021, at 9:03 am on the following charges:

  • Improper lane usage
  • No driver’s license on person
  • Possession of marijuana
  • Obstruction of justice-tampering

Jones also held an MCPD warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting an officer.

No bail has been set.

Linden Ronsonet Muffoletto, 39, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on March 31, 2021, at 9:10 pm on the following charges:

  • Driving on roadway laned for traffic
  • Possession of methamphetamine
  • Possession of schedule II drugs
  • Possession of schedule IV drugs
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia

No bail has been set.

Melissa Jean Leboeuf, 50, Houma, LA, was arrested on March 31, 2021, at 9:10 pm for turning movements and required signals and driving while intoxicated.

Bail was set at $2,750.

Travis Jasmire Royce Williams, 32, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 31, 2021, at 9:10 pm for aggravated crimes against nature (6 counts).

Sherelle Sherise Williams, 37, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 31, 2021, at 9:10 pm for crimes against nature-accessory after the fact and obstruction of justice.

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office received a complaint from the Franklin area on February 9, 2021, in reference to a possible crime against a juvenile victim. A detective with the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office was assigned to the case and after a thorough investigation, warrants were obtained for the arrest of Travis Williams and Sherelle Williams.

On the evening of Wednesday, March 31, 2021, Travis Williams and Sherelle Williams were arrested on the warrants and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Travis Williams was released on a $100,000 bond. Sherelle Williams was released on a $50,000 bond.
