On June 12, 2024, at approximately 12:00 noon, deputies with the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to multiple gun shots at a residence located in the 7700 block of East Admiral Doyle Dr.
Upon further investigation, deputies learned that Nicholas Leblanc (male, 26 years old) fired gun shots, which hit the victim in the wrist. The victim was brought to an area hospital due to his injuries.
Nicholas Leblanc was arrested and booked into the Iberia Parish Jail on the following charges:
Attempted Second-Degree Murder
Possession of Firearm/Concealed by Convicted Felon
No bond has been set at this time.
