UPDATE: Baldwin Police Chief Anthony Gibson said a juvenile has been arrested in connection with a Sunday evening shooting in Baldwin, adding the victim is in stable condition at a local hospital. He said more arrests are expected and thanked the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office, Franklin Police Department and Franklin 3rd Ward Marshal ‘s Office for their assistance with the investigation.
