Today, Chief James F. Blair presented Sergeant Paul Ratcliff with his 10 Years of Service Pin.
Sergeant Ratcliff, who is currently supervises the Warrants, Youth Services, Records, and Communications Divisions, has been serving citizens of Morgan City since February of 2012.
