In preparation for Halloween, the city of Patterson is ensuring that its youth can trick-or-treat in safe environments. Community members are invited to become “trunk or treat” partners and assist in providing a fun and safe experience for kids. Those who are interested can call Patterson City Hall at 985-395-5205.
