Patterson Police Chief Garrett Grogan, reports the following arrests between October 3, 2023, at 5:30 A.M. and October 4, 2023, at 5:30 P.M.
Timothy Jordan, age 22, Stephen Girard, New Orleans, was arrested on October 3, 2023, at 3:53 A.M. The arrest took place on US 90 in Patterson. Jordan was charged with Reckless Operation without an accident. He is currently being held in the Patterson Police Department jail with a bond amount set at $734.00.
Desmond J. Richard, age 42, Second Street in Patterson, was arrested on October 3, 2023, at 3:48 P.M. The arrest occurred on Second Street in Patterson as well. Richard faces charges of Failure to Seek Assistance and Simple Criminal Damage to Property. He was originally held in the Patterson Police Department jail but has since been transferred to the LEC facility with no bond set at this time.
