Motorcyclist Injured in Hit-and-Run Crash Near Baldwin

A Thursday evening hit-and-run crash near Baldwin has left a motorcyclist injured. First responders were dispatched to the 1100 block of La. 83 at approximately 6:20 pm regarding a crash involving a motorcycle. Detective Lt. David Spencer with the St. Mary Parish Sheriff Office told KQKI News that it was determined to be a hit-and-run crash.

The victim was transported to an out of town hospital via Acadian Air Med. We will release additional information once it becomes available.
