Update: Investigators have learned Frankie Tarver was last seen on March 19, 2021, in the Bayou Vista / Patterson, LA area. He was wearing a green knit hat with Green Bay Packers Logo, a yellow long sleeve shirt, with black pants.

On Monday, March 22, 2021, the Morgan City Police Department received a complaint of a Welfare Concern. The complainant advised no one has seen or heard from Frankie Tarver since Thursday, March 18, 2021.
Mr. Tarver was last seen at his apartment on March 18, 2021, on Highway 182 in Morgan City. Investigators are working to obtain the last known clothing description. Mr. Tarver is 31 years of age, 6’2″ tall, weighing 190 lbs.
