Morgan City Police Receiving Complaints Of Trespassing And Damage To Property Related To MCHS Homecoming

The Morgan City Police Department said they have been receiving numerous complaints of trespassing and damage to property related to Morgan City High School’s Homecoming. They said, in a press release on Thursday, the events took place over night.

MCPD Chief James Blair is reminding everyone that this type of activity is not to be tolerated. The complaints are being investigated, and any violation of Louisiana Law will be handled with appropriate action, the press release said. Students are being reminded to respect residents and not to damage or trespass on any property.

Officers with the Morgan City Police Department will be patrolling areas of the city to assure that unlawful activities are not taking place. Anyone with issues is asked to report them to the Morgan City Police Department.
