Identities of Victims Released in Patterson Plane Crash, Patterson Man Listed as One of the Victims

St. Mary Parish Coroner Dr. Eric Melancon has released the identities of two victims who died in a Thursday afternoon plane crash in Patterson.

Melancon said his office has confirmed that there were two fatalities in the twin engine Cessna 414 crash that occurred in Patterson on October 12th. The victims have been identified as Dean Lee Felterman, 69, of Patterson and Mufid Jabour, 48, of Denham Springs.

The cause of the crash is being investigated by the National Transportation and Safety Board. No other information is available at this time.
