The Franklin Police Department responded to 11 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
Lacy Foco, 32, of Carl C. Foulcard Dr., Franklin, LA, was arrested on September 15, 2022, at 10:43 AM, on the charges of aggravated assault with a firearm -4 counts, unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, criminal trespassing -3 counts, resisting a police officer with force, drug paraphernalia, and possession of schedule I -marijuana. Foco was additionally charged with a warrant for Jeanerette City Court for failure to appear on the charges of speed 86/55, driving under suspension, no insurance, and drug paraphernalia and a warrant for Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on the charges of exploitation of the infirmed, and monetary instrument abuse. Foco was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
