Irvyon James, 19, of Seventh St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 29, 2022, at 1:02 PM, on a warrant dated July 28, 2022, for illegal carrying of weapons, illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities, aggravated criminal damage to property, criminal street gang activity, attempted second degree murder – 5 counts, firearm-free zone, and principal to attempted second degree murder – 5 counts. James was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
