Aqueelah Joseph, 41, of Canal Dr., Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 16, 2022, at 4:18 PM, on the charges of disturbing the peace by obscene language. Joseph was booked, processed, and released to appear in Third Ward City Court.
Shaquille Conner, 31, of Willowood Dr., Franklin, LA, while incarcerated at the Franklin Police Department, was arrested on November 16, 2022, at 8:58 PM, on a warrant dated November 16, 2022, for simple battery. Conner was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
Aric Small, 33, of Second St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 16, 2022, at 10:26 PM, on the charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Small was booked, processed, and released on a $2,500.00 bond.
