Victoria Conley, 44, of Cole Dr., Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 4, 2023, at 1:07 AM, on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle with unlit license plate light, operating a vehicle without a driver’s license, and failure to honor written promise to appear. Conley was booked, processed, and released on a $355.00 bond.
