Ronnie Boatman, 44, of Carl C. Foulcard Dr., Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 30, 2023, at 2:27 PM, on the charges of theft and resisting an officer. Boatman was booked, processed, and held on a $4,000.00 bond.
Earl Landry, 41, of Eagle St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 31, 2023, at 5:34 AM, on a warrant dated February 15, 2019, for domestic abuse battery with child endangerment – 2 counts, cruelty to juveniles, and simple criminal damage to property. Landry was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
