Earl “Deacon” Bartley, 80, a resident of Patterson, LA and native of Morgan City, LA, passed away peacefully on Monday November 1, 2021 at Patterson Healthcare.
Visitation will be observed on Friday, November 12, 2021 from 11:00 AM until 12:45 PM at Jones Funeral Home 715 Sixth Street Morgan City, LA 70380. (All visitors are asked to adhere to the CDC/local regulations by wearing masks and practicing social distancing). A dismissal service will begin at 1:00 P. M. Burial will follow the services in the Morgan City Cemetery.
Earl leaves to cherish his memory: one godchild, Damita Hawkins; two sisters Mrs. Gilbert (Patricia) Ramagos, Sr. and Alberta August; one sister-in-law, Carol Bartley; stepchildren that he adopted in heart, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Earl was preceded in death by his wife; his companion, parents; both his maternal grandparents and paternal grandparents; three sisters; six brothers; and one sister-in-law.
