Allen Efrain H/M 30 Degravelle Rd. Morgan City was arrested on June 3, 2023 at 11:34 PM for
- DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 1ST OFFENSE
On June 3, 2023 at approximately 11:20 PM a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for improper lighting. Officers made contact with Efrain and detected several signs of impairment. While speaking with Efrain he was asked to perform a series of field sobriety tests which he did and performed poorly on. Efrain was placed under arrest and transported to the Berwick Police Department where he submitted a valid breath sample of 0.191G% BAC.
