Erik Ballance W/M 22 Franklin St. Morgan City was arrested on April 1, 2023 at 5:20 PM for
- BERWICK WARRANT- SIMPLE CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
On April 1, 2023 at 5:20 PM Balance turned himself into the Berwick Police Department for an active warrant for Simple Criminal Damage to Property. The warrant stems from a complaint received on March 16 of a vehicle that was damaged. Through the course of the investigation, evidence was collected developing Ballance as a suspect. Ballance was booked on the warrant and released on a summons to appear in court.
Danayre Smith W/F 27 Jones St. Berwick was arrested on April 2, 2023 at 6:50 PM for
- BERWICK WARRANT- SIMPLE CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
On April 2, 2023 at 6:50 PM Smith turned herself into the Berwick Police Department for an active warrant for Simple Criminal Damage to Property (Felony). The warrant stems from a complaint received on March 13, 2023 where Smith was alleged to have tampered with a vehicle’s fuel, causing over $1,000.00 worth of damages. Through the course of the investigation, officers uncovered evidence linking Smith to the crime. Smith was booked into the Berwick Police Department on the warrant for Simple Criminal Damage to Property (Felony).
