Berwick Police Chief David Leonard reports the following arrests:
Bradley Kinkle W/M 29 Blum Blvd. Berwick was arrested on April 26, 2023 at 9:41 PM for
- VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER
- REMAINING WHERE FORBIDDEN
- RESISTING AN OFFICER
- DISTURBING THE PEACE
On April 25, 2023 at approximately 9:16 PM the Berwick Police Department received a call that Kinkle was at a residence causing a disturbance in which he had previously been banned from. Officers responded and located Kinkle who attempted to run from law enforcement from the area. It was learned that the complainant had an active protective order against Kinkle prohibiting him from being near the victim or residence. Kinkle was placed under arrest and transported to the Berwick Police Department where he was booked.
