According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith, an Alexandria man was arrested and charged with 3rd Offense DWI late Monday night. Cecil Dale Stroud Jr., 45, of Alexandria, LA, was arrested on April 5, 2021, at 11:45 pm on the following charges:
· Driving on roadway laned for traffic
· Driving while intoxicated-3rd offense
· Open container
· Resisting an officer by flight
· Possession of marijuana
· Possession of drug paraphernalia
No bail has been set.
