The Franklin Police Department responded to 16 calls for service over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
William Moore, 26, of Cayce St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 27, 2025, at 12:39 AM, on a warrant dated February 19, 2025, for violation of protective orders, and was additionally arrested on the charge of violation of protective orders. Moore was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
