Tate Foco, 19, of Iberia St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 22, 2025, at 4:03 AM, on the charge of hit and run driving. Foco was booked, processed, and released on a $313.00 bond.
Edith Bonilla-Ramos, 44, of Cayce St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 22, 2025, at 10:31 PM, on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charge of speeding. Bonilla-Ramos was booked, processed, and released on a $338.00 bond.
