St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 34 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Thomas Earl Devaul, 45, Patterson, LA, was arrested on February 22, 2023, at 10:40 am on a warrant for the charges of registration of sex offenders and unlawful presence of a sex offender. Bail has not been set at this time.
John Anthony Henry, 43, Amelia, LA, was arrested on February 22, 2023, at 8:14 am on a restraining order violation. Bail has not been set at this time.
All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
