Harold Dugas, 47, of Jackson St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 7, 2022, at 11:48 PM, on the charge of possession of a firearm by convicted felon. Dugas was additionally arrested on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Dugas was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
