Eric V. Stewart Sr. was sworn in on Tuesday as the newly appointed Planning & Zoning Commissioner for the City of Patterson. Stewart will replace his father, C.C. Stewart Jr., who served as the commissioner for twenty-nine years. City attorney, Russell Cremaldi swore in Stewart.
