Virgie Vivian Aucoin, 98, a resident of Amelia, passed away peacefully, Friday, March 3, 2023 at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center.
Virgie was born October 11, 1924, the son of Emile Aucoin and Arcilla LaCoste Aucoin.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Wilbert Aucoin; two sisters, Mamie A. Rink, Melvina Aucoin.
She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all her nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at Twin City Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at Twin City Funeral Home, from 9:00 a.m., until the time of services. After services, Virgie will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery.
