St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 44 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Dylan Michael Boling, 29, Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 12, 2025, at 5:22 pm on three warrants for failure to appear for the following charges:
Possession of alprazolam
Operating a vehicle while license is suspended/revoked/canceled
Speeding
Operating a vehicle not covered by security
Bail has not been set at this time.
Sheri Ann Falgout, 59, Berwick, LA, was arrested on August 13, 2025, at 2:25 am for battery-simple and disturbing the peace-intoxicated. Bail was set at $2,000.
