St. Mary Arrest Report 9-2-2022

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 32  complaints and reports the following arrests:

Emma Mae Fulks, 35, Patterson, LA, was arrested on September 1, 2022, at 12:40 pm on two warrants for failure to appear. Bail has not been set at this time.

Savannah Louise Hebert, 28, Patterson, LA, was arrested on September 1, 2022, at 2:42 pm on two warrants for failure to appear. Bail has not been set at this time.

Isaiah Darnell Heathmon, 35, Franklin, LA, was arrested on September 1, 2022, at 9:19 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle while license is suspended/revoked/canceled, speeding, and operating a vehicle with an unlit license plate. Bail has not been set at this time.

NARCOTICS SECTION

Kilna P. Araya, 38, Franklin, LA, was arrested on September 1, 2022, at 6:08 pm for possession of schedule I (marijuana) and possession of schedule IV (Xanax). Bail was set at $4,500.

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
