St. Mary Arrest Report 3-17-2021

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 39 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Nick James Landry, 47, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on March 16, 2021, at 10:08 am on the following charges:

  • Possession of schedule II drug with intent to distribute
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Driving under suspension
  • No insurance

No bail has been set.

Troyvor Leon Tillman, 24, Thibodaux, LA, was arrested on March 16, 2021, at 9:24 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft of goods under $500. Tillman was released on a personal surety bond.

Juvenile female, 15, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on March 16, 2021, at 3:56 pm for runaway juvenile.  The juvenile female was arrested and released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

Danielle B. Billiot, 28, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on March 16, 2021, at 11:14 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the following charges:

  • Speeding
  • No driver’s license on person
  • Expired motor vehicle inspection
  • Fail to honor written promise to appear

Billiot was released on a summons to appear on June 28, 2021.

Bernard Allen Charles Jr., 31, Midland, TX, was arrested on March 16, 2021, at 3:34 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of simple battery. Bail was set at $8,500.

Keenze Howard Sr., 55, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 16, 2021, at 4:13 pm for careless operation, driving under suspension, and no insurance. Howard was released on a summons to appear on June 28, 2021.

Kedesha Nicole Scott, 26, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on March 17, 2021, at 1:03 am on five Morgan City P.D. warrants for failure to appear on the following charges:

  • Possession of marijuana
  • Theft (2 counts)
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Failure to signal turn
  • Child restraint violation
  • Driving under suspension
  • No insurance
  • Switched license plate
  • Criminal damage to property
  • Contempt of court
  • Disturbing the peace by fighting

Scott was transported to the Morgan City Police Department.
