St. Mary Arrest Report 2-4-2022
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 34 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Juvenile Male, 16, Patterson, LA, was arrested on February 3, 2022, at 11:45 pm for disturbing the peace by fighting. The juvenile male was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
Marvin Diaz, 27, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on February 3, 2022, at 7:16 am for hit and run. Diaz was released on a summons to appear on May 10, 2022.
Kobe Gray, 23, Patterson, LA, was arrested on February 3, 2022, at 1:55 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the following charge:
- possession of drug paraphernalia
- possession of marijuana
- resisting an officer
- improper lane usage
- fail to honor a written promise to appear
Bail was set at $5,000.
Juan Rivera-Gonzalez, 37, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 3, 2022, at 9:52 pm for no taillights and driving under suspension. Gonzalez was released on a summons to appear on May 10, 2022.
