St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 29 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Lonny Ray Baker Sr., 57, Franklin, LA, was arrested on October 3, 2022, at 2:04 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of theft driving while intoxicated. Alvarado was released on a $2,500 bond.
Dustin Michael Lovell, 24, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on October 1, 2022, at 12:15 am on two warrants for failure to appear on the following charges:
- Theft
- possession of marijuana
- drug paraphernalia
- possession of schedule II CDS (cocaine)
Bail has not been set at this time.
Glenn David Carline, 58, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on October 4, 2022, at 12:35 am for driving while intoxicated. Bail was set at $2,500.
All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
