St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 29 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Rodnajae R. Nerve, 18, Patterson, LA, was arrested on January 6, 2022, at 10:31 am for disturbing the peace by fighting. Nerve was released on a summons to appear on April 21, 2022.
Juvenile female, 15, Patterson, LA, was arrested on January 6, 2022, at 10:31 am for disturbing the peace by fighting. The juvenile female was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
Jeremy Lee Housely, 39, Charenton, LA, was arrested on January 6, 2022, at 2:33 pm for theft, criminal trespass, and resisting an officer by giving false information. Housely also held two warrants for failure to appear on the following charges:
- possession of cocaine
- possession of marijuana (x2)
- possession of drug paraphernalia
- improper turn and/or failure to give required signal
- possession of methamphetamine
- obstruction of justice-tampering
Bail has not been set.
NARCOTICS SECTION
Fredrick Fournet, 33, Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 6, 2022, at 10:28 am on a warrant for the following charges:
- cultivation of marijuana
- possession of schedule I drugs
- possession of marijuana
- possession of drug paraphernalia
- illegal possession of a firearm
- possession of a firearm in the presence of a CDS
