St. Mary Arrest Report 1-31-2022
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 33 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Marco James Charles Prono Curreri, 37, Brooklyn, NY, was arrested on January 28, 2022, at 12:38 pm for disturbing the peace-violent manner & tumultuous. Bail was set at $250.
Daniel Michael Elliot, 22, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on January 29, 2022, at 12:02 am on four warrants for failure to appear on the charges of simple burglary, theft of less than $1,000, criminal trespassing, and criminal damage to property. Bail has not been set.
David Wayne Boyd, 50, Houston, TX, was arrested on January 29, 2022, at 1:12 pm on a Berwick Police Department warrant for failure to appear on the charges of simple burglary (2 counts) and criminal damage to property. Bail was set at $5,000.
Marlon Ambrose Druilhet, 51, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on January 29, 2022, at 3:55 pm on the following charges:
- Turning movements and required signals
- Open container
- Possession of marijuana
- Driving under suspension
Druilhet was released on a summons to appear on April 21, 2022.
Toris M. Smith, 57, Patterson, LA, was arrested on January 29, 2022, at 8:10 pm for open container and license plate lights required. Smith was released on a summons to appear on April 21, 2022.
Kerry Antoine Martin Jr., 25, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on January 29, 2022, at 9:34 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of probation violation. Martin is being held for another agency.
Jose Najar, 44, Amelia, LA, was arrested on January 30, 2022, at 1:20 pm for hit and run. Najar was released on a summons to appear on April 21, 2022.
Dontrell Damone Colbert, 25, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on January 30, 2022, at 12:58 pm on two warrants for the charges of resisting arrest or officer, possession of firearm-felon, and illegal carrying of a weapon. Bail was set at $75,000.
NARCOTICS SECTION
Christina Pitre, 42, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on January 28, 2022, at 3:14 pm for possession of schedule II (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail has not been set.
Kristyn Parker, 30, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on January 28, 2022, at 3:14 pm for possession of schedule II (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail has not been set.
