St. Mary Arrest Report 1-22-2021
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 36 complaints and reports the following arrests:
NARCOTICS SECTION
Brad Derouen, 30, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on January 21, 2021, at 2:56 pm on the following charges:
- Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
- Possession of schedule II methamphetamine with intent to distribute
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Violation of uniform CDS law; drug-free zone (church)
- Second or subsequent offenses
No bail has been set.
Sarah Bran, 34, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on January 21, 2021, at 2:56 pm for possession of marijuana. Bran was released on a summons to appear on April 27, 2021.
Niketa Fisher, 23, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on January 21, 2021, at 2:56 pm for possession of marijuana. Fisher was released on a summons to appear on April 27, 2021.
Frederick Huguet, 34, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on January 21, 2021, at 2:56 pm for possession of marijuana. Huguet was released on a summons to appear on April 27, 2021.
Lavonne M. Johns, 27, Larose, LA, was arrested on January 21, 2021, at 5:47 pm for possession of schedule I (heroin). Bail was set at $4,000.
Marcus Battle, 45, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on January 21, 2021, at 5:47 pm for possession of schedule I (synthetic marijuana). Battle was released on a summons to appear on April 27, 2021.
Crystal Lynne Mejia, 43, Berwick, LA, was arrested on January 21, 2021, at 11:37 pm for possession of schedule I with intent to distribute (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a CDS in the presence of a minor. No bail has been set.
