On Friday, January 6, 2023, at approximately 3:00 pm, a deputy was monitoring traffic on Highway 90 eastbound when he observed a motorcycle traveling at a high rate of speed (over 90 mph in a 60 mph zone). The deputy proceeded to the scene and made contact with the driver, identified as Parker. Parker was transported to a medical facility for treatment and a warrant was obtained for his arrest.
