“Riders on the Orphan Train” Event Offers Unique Experience at Franklin Library

Franklin Library is set to host the “Riders on the Orphan Train” event for adults on Wednesday, January 24 at 6:00 p.m. This unique, multimedia experience delves into the history of the orphan train movement through various forms of media.

The event will feature a live musical performance by Philip Lancaster and Alison Moore, as well as the showcasing of archival footage and video montages featuring interviews with survivors.
