Raceland, LA – Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating 40-year-old Latroy Diggs of Williams Street in Raceland. Diggs is wanted on multiple outstanding warrants, including terrorizing, stalking, cyberstalking, home invasion, and several other crimes. His bond has been set at more than $1 million, and he is also wanted for a parole violation.
Investigators say Diggs has recently been seen in the Raceland area and is known to travel by bicycle.
