Franklin Mayor Eugene Foulcard has announced that the Franklin Mardi Gras Parade will roll on Fat Tuesday, March 1, at 1:00 pm. Registration forms may be picked up from Tammy Rogers at City Hall. Foulcard is inviting those who are interested to be a part of the family-friendly Mardi Gras festivities in Franklin.
