Patterson Man Charged with Selling Tobacco Products to a Juvenile

On February 23, 2022 at approximately 9:30 pm, the Berwick Police Department received a complaint of a person selling vape products to juveniles in the area. Through the course of the investigation, it was learned that Draven Vanmatre, 19-year-old white male of K. Street in Patterson, was allegedly selling tobacco products to juveniles.

A warrant was issued and Vanmatre turned himself into the Berwick Police Department. He was booked on the charges of Unlawful Sale or Possession of Tobacco Products and Contributing to the Deliquency of a Juvenile and was released on a summons to appear in court.
