Chief Chad M. Adams and the Morgan City Police Department are excited to announce that South 70 with special guest Toni 0 will be performing at the 2025 National Night Out Against Crime. The event, which will take place on October 14, 2025, at Lawrence Park in Morgan City from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and is expected to be another good one.

They will be doing something a little different this year for our special needs children to give them an opportunity to enjoy this great event. So, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. will be the time for friends to come out and enjoy without the loud noises from a band or large crowd. We will call this time Spectrum Smiles Hour!!

This year’s event is co-hosted with Doric Lodge #87 Free & Accepted Masons who started the National Night Out Against Crime in 2013. Without Doric Lodge#87 this event would not even be possible. The Morgan City Police Department would like to thank them for being a Community Leader in bringing the National Night Out to Morgan City.

Chief Adams would also like to thank B & G Foods, Morgan City Police Department Benevolent Association, Fraternal Order of Police-Atchafalaya Lodge# 62, Patterson State Bank, Hargrave Funeral Home, Tech Savvy Solutions, and Prevention Plus Care for their contributions in bringing this event together. Your Community Partnerships are greatly valued.
