Kandiss Henry, 37 years of age, Address-Hilda St., Morgan City, LA., was arrested on 1/28/2021 at 09:57 A.M.
Kandiss Henry turned herself into the Morgan City Police Department on an active warrant held by the Morgan City Police Department. She was booked and incarcerated.
Lawrence Garrett, 24 years of age, Address-Fourth St., Morgan City, LA., was arrested on 1/28/2021 at 11:26 A.M.

Detectives with the Morgan City Narcotics Division came into contact with Lawrence Garret in the area of Railroad Ave. and Headland St. A warrant check revealed the Morgan City Police Department held an active warrant for his arrest. During the arrest, Garrett was found in possession of suspected synthetic marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Shantell Hartdegen, 37 years of age, Address-Highway 20, Schriever, LA., was arrested on 1/28/2021 at 11:50 P.M.

Shantell Hartdegen was located at the Mogan City Jail and booked on active warrants held by the City Court of Morgan City. She was booked and incarcerated.

Officers were called to the U.S. 90 bridge for a vehicle sticking a concrete barrier. Officers responded to the area and located the vehicle in question, driven by Tyler J. Smith. During the traffic stop, he was found in possession of suspected marijuana, Xanax, and drug paraphernalia. A warrant check revealed the 16th Judicial Court held an active warrant for his arrest. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
