Houma Tunnel Closed To Vehicular Traffic Beginning Monday

The Houma Tunnel crossing the Intracoastal Canal Waterway (ICWW) on LA 3040 in Houma, LA will be closed to vehicular traffic on Monday November 8, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. until further notice in order to allow LADOTD maintenance crews to perform routine maintenance work.

Alternate routes available for crossing the ICWW are:

• LA 24/LA 659 (Twin Span Bridge) and LA 315 (Dularge Bridge).
