George Howard James, age 75, of Morgan City, LA passed away July 1, 2023. He was born August 7, 1947 to Maxine and Howell James. He is preceded in death by his parents and wife, Charlotte Landry James. Howard graduated from Morgan City High School and retired from Conrad Shipyard after many years of service. He was an avid fisherman and won many bass tournaments through the years. He is survived by cousins, nieces and nephews, and loving friends. A graveside service will be held Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 10:00 am at Twin City Funeral Home in Morgan City.
