Dewellyn Howard, 42, of Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 28, 2022, at 8:03 PM, on the charges of domestic abuse battery by strangulation and domestic abuse battery with child endangerment – 2 counts. Howard was booked, processed, and held on a $10,000.00 bond.
David Fontenot, 29, of Tamarac St., Scott, LA, was arrested on December 28, 2022, at 10:21 PM, on the charges of criminal trespassing, unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, and aggravated assault. Fontenot was booked, processed, and held on a $9,500.00 bond.
